FLAMEPROOF JUNCTION BOXES/ISOLATORS, TYPE DESIGNATION JB1

These are the main flameproof panels that house the power contactors and the transformers which provide control and protection for the individual gate end box running the mobile machines such as the LHD's or the SDL's

FLAMEPROOF PUSH BUTTON STATION, TYPE DESIGNATION PBS

These are flameproof push button stations having upto 2NO +2NC contacts for remote/local operation.
Special latchout type of pushbuttons, or pushbutton with specially designed heads can be used to suit customer's requirements.

FLAMEPROOF FOOT PEDAL SWITCHES,TYPE DESIGNATION PBS

These are flameproof push button stations mounted with foot pedals to operate as pedal switches to control the start/stop functions on the mobile machines
These can also operate as dead man switches to operate as an emergency stop, if required.

FLAMEPROOF CABLE TENSION SWITCH,TYPE DESIGNATION PCS

Roller operated limit switch with special pulley to cut off supply from gate end box end once cable supply is exhausted.
Prevents overt travel by the mobile machine thereby reducing danger of cable snap.

FLAMEPROOF LIGHTING TRANSFORMER FOR SDL MACHINES TYPE CP-5/LT

Flameproof Lighting Transformers fitted with ELCB and Hourmeter to operate Mobile SDL Machines underground
Used exclusively on EIMCO make SDLs

FLAMEPROOF HALOGEN HEADLIGHTS, TYPE DESIGNATION PA3

12 Volts/24 Volts supply operated halogen headlights to provide milk white beam upto 1350 lumens.
Operates on bulbs upto 100 W halogen/incandescent lamps.
Extra storage space for spare bulbs possible.

Small Isolator switch with rotary ON/OFF operation to suit application as a selector switch.
Ideally suited for switching ON one set of lights either in front of or at the rear of a mobile machine, depending on direction of travel.
