FLAMEPROOF DIRECT ON LINE STARTERS, TYPE CP 5 .

Extremely light and compact starter ideally designed for mobility when it is needed to drive small pumpsets and auxiliary fans at face. Available with airbreak contactors upto 50 amps AC3 ratings. Mechanically and electrically interlocked Isolator fitted in separate flameproof chamber. Selection of earth leakage relay, with adjustable leakage setting between 2-5 amps, Visual indications of earth trip, with test and reset mechanism. Choice of single phasing preventor may be provided. Short circuit protection through HRC fuses. Busbars upto 300 amps Ammeters Remote/local selection All components mounted on fully withdrawable chassis fitted with butt contacts on reverse. No need to disconnect cables whilst withdrawal of chassis.

FLAMEPROOF GATE END BOXES/STARTERS TYPE GEB-1 & 2

Suits operation of motors such as SDL's, LHD's, conveyors, coal cutting machines, shearers, pumps, fans where various remote control features are required. Operating voltage upto 650 Volts. Outgoing trailing cable connections are taken out through Plugs and Sockets of 200 capacity (see elsewhere in this catalogue. Choice of air break or vacuum contactors. Electrically and mechanically interlocked Isolators upto 400 amps fitted in separate enclosure with provisions for ON/OFF/EARTH, ON/OFF/REVERSE, or ON/OFF. Choice of motor protection range from Magnetic/thermal/solid State overload protection, earth leakage protection, search and lockout of deteriorating insulation protection in preset ranges. • Suits operation for compressors, conveyors, fans etc, or motors requiring higher starting torque's.

FLAMEPROOF BOLTLESS GATE END BOXES FOR 1100 VOLTS OR 550 VOLTS OPERATION, TYPE DESIGNATION DELTA

• AIR BREAK/VACUUM CONTACTORS UPTO 400 AMPS
• Quick opening, gate end box with single security bolt for operation in various applications from conveyors to shearers.
• Suitable for trunking several Gate End Boxes of different applications on a single bank formation for longwall faces.
• Conforming to IS 2148, BS 5126, EN 50014, 50015.
• Entire active parts mounted on sliding rails fitted with butt and stab contacts at the rear of the active chassis.

FLAMEPROOF 3300/6600 VOLTS STARTERS TYPE DESIGNATIONS EX-630S

Available in either 3300 volts or 6600 volts with choice of air break or vacuum contactors in 3300 volts and only vacuum contactors in 6600 volts. Mechanically and electrically interlocked Isolator mounted in a separate flameproof chamber. Visual indication of disengagement of Isolator/and Earth connection contacts possible through special window for additional safety. Earth leakage protections available according to choice on separate section on this catalogue. Visual indication of earth trip with test and reset buttons provided on front cover. Choice of other protections are available, such as overload protection, short circuit protection, single phasing protection or any other such protections specified by the client are available according to the choice of the client. Incoming and outgoing cable entries are provided through cable terminal boxes, cable couplers and adopters. Through going cable entries are possible through throughgoing cable entry boxes Possible to bank two or more starters in single panel formation. Choice of ammeters, voltmeter, insulation monitoring meter etc. are available according to choice of client. Single or dual drive versions available Specially designed 15 KVA, 3.3/550/110/15V Volts, 3 phase transformers can be provided for auxiliary drives and lighting banked with this starter.. Use of this transformer elimates the need for separate cables for lighting, pump and fan loads .
