All the products displayed here are flameproof and suitable for use in Group 1 gases, approved by the DGMS Versions suiting application in Group IIA and IIB gases are also available, approved by the DGFAS & LI, and DOE. We also provide Non-Flameproof versions to suit your requirements.

FLAMEPROOF BELT SWAY/LIMIT SWITCH

• Safety device to limit swaying motions of a conveyor in operation.
• Spring return roller operated.
• Position of operating lever may be altered.
• One/two sets of NO+NC contact arrangement possible.
• Contacts rated at 5 amps upto 550V
• Molded nylon rollers with long lever provided for belt conveyors.

FLAMEPROOF PULL CORD SWITCHES

• Emergency stop switch for conveyors and for haulages.
• Rotary switch stays locked in the position after operation to indicate tripped position.
• Inadvertent resetting not possible as the switch has to be lifted and turned for resetting.
• More than one switch may be looped in series by use of terminal boxes.
• Adjustment of the tension of the pull wire can be adjusted

FLAMEPROOF ZERO SPEED/BELT SPEED SWITCHES

• Different applications are envisaged for this device like, overspeed, underspeed, zero speed, and, sequence starting of conveyors.
• Rubberized roller mounted centrifugal switch mounted in flameproof enclosure.
• Control of a bank of conveyors by monitoring the belt travel speeds is possible through a series of these belt speed switches.

FLAMEPROOF SIGNALLING BELLS TYPE DESIGNATION SB 1, SB2

• Intrinsically safe signaling bells for use in signaling for haulages and conveyors, to signal to operator to start/stop conveyor or haulage systems.
• Designed so that as many as 8 signaling bells may be used from a single signaling transformer.

FLAMEPROOF SIGNALLING BELL TRANSFORMER TYPE DESIGNATION ST-1

• Available for choice of primary voltages ranging between 110V/440V/550V
• Choice of signaling transformers without and with Isolators which are mounted in a separate chamber.
• Intrinsically safe output of 15V suitable for operating signaling Bell.

FLAMEPROOF AUTOMATIC WINCH CONTROL PANELS TYPE DESIGNATION CP1

• These are small control panels upto 5 HP in capacity, which are capable of automatic control of winch through a tension dynamometer.
• Fully automatic and operates directly from signals received from a tension dynamometer.
• Ensures optimum tension in belt.

• For annunciation of status of operation in automatic process control systems requiring multiple signalling.
• Suits operation of automatic skip loading, lift and unloading through computerised electronic signals from the surface, without manual interference.
